A : No, we do however let a resident sponsor a non-resident's party but the resident is ultimately responsible through the contract, fees and associated damage/cleaning deposit agreement that is run through the HOA account.

What is “reclaimed water”? I see the signs at the base of the trees along Hidden Springs Drive.
A: Reclaimed water is the recycled wastewater from the Hidden Springs Sewer which as been treated to remove solids and certain impurities and then discharged to irrigate the common areas. Not intended for consumption.Learn More Here.

Why does HS have a Mailboxes vs. Mailroom?
A. Hidden Springs has a wonderful amenity called the Hidden Springs Mailroom in the Dry Creek Mercantile building. It is always open. The vision of the developers was not to have any mailboxes in front of each home, but instead to have a place where residents could pick up their mail and see their neighbors.
When is our trash and recycling day?
A. Hidden Springs trash pick up is on Friday each week, unless there is a holiday and then, it is delayed by a day. Trash carts can be left in front of your home or on the alley behind your home, depending on your location. Hidden Springs has now gone to a single recycling cart wihich is picked up every other Friday.
