Our standard weekly programming schedule:
Tuesday: Drop-In Movie, 3:30-5:30pm
Wednesday: Mini-Storytime, 2:30-3pm
Thursday: Storytime (craft alternating weeks), 11:45am-12:30pm
Friday: After-school programming (1st and 3rd Fridays), 3:30-4:30pm
Friends of the Library Meeting: 3rd Wednesday each month at 6pm
Library Book Club Meeting: 4th Tuesday each month at 6pm
Teen Tech Week: March 8-12
If you are in grades 7-12 and would like us to waive up to $10 in existing fines on your library card, all you have to do is stop by and talk to us. That’s it. Just walk in the door, come up to the desk, introduce yourself, and talk to us…then we’ll waive fines. Wow!
Friday, March 12—Teen Activity, 4-5
In celebration of Teen Tech Week, we’ll be exploring cool Internet tools and library resources, complete with snacks!
Also as part of Teen Tech Week, stop by to learn more about our new, FREE, online language learning program, Byki Online, which offers courses that are fun, fast, and effective in over 80 languages!
The Friends of the Library will meet from 6-7 on Wednesday, March 10th. (Changed due to St. Patrick’s Day.)
Join us for Wii Gaming on Friday, March 19th, as part of our After School programming from 3:30-4:30.
For March’s Book Club meeting on March 23rd from 6-7, we will be discussing Frank McCourt’s Angela’s Ashes and James Joyce’s A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man.
