Why does Hidden Springs Idaho have a Mailboxes vs. Mailroom?

Hidden Springs has a wonderful amenity called the Hidden Springs Idaho Mailroom in the Dry Creek Mercantile building. The Mailroom is open daily 7am to 10pm. The vision of the developers was not to have any mailboxes in front of each home, but instead to have a place where residents could pick up their mail and see their neighbors.

When is our trash and recycling day?

Hidden Springs trash pick up is on Friday each week. If there is a holiday, pick up is delayed by a day. Trash carts can be left in front of your home or on the alley behind your home, depending on your location. Hidden Springs has now gone to a single recycling cart which is picked up every other Friday. For additional information on recycling pick up dates and information, please visit Allied Waste website at www.alliedwasteidaho.com or call them at 208-345-1265

What landscape maintenance am I responsible for at my home?

Per Hidden Springs CC&R sections 6.3 and 6.4 require all properties within Hidden Springs to be sufficiently irrigated, fertilized, and maintained. Remove weeds from all areas of your property including those small sections of landscaping in alleyways and side yards. Prune and/or trim trees and shrubs including those in the street strips adjacent to your home. For optimal tree growth, remove water sprouts and/or shoots from the ground around the tree or on the trunk. Violation letters will be issued to homeowners who are not in compliance. Let’s all work together to keep our neighborhood looking its best!
