Hidden Springs Clubhouse
COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE, & FITNESS CENTER
The Community Clubhouse is centrally located in the community with a large “great-room” space with adjacent kitchen that is for rent to Hidden Springs residents. Non-resident rentals require a Hidden Springs resident sponsor to facilitate the rental.
The Community Clubhouse also features our fitness center as well as a chlorinated pool featuring a gradual depth decline. Please refer to the pool information for more details.
Fitness Center Hours:
5:00am to 10:00pm daily
Community Pool Hours:
6:00am to 10:00pm or dark (Seasonal, May-September)
Clubhouse hours are by appointment or reservation only. Interested in reserving the Clubhouse for your next event?
For residents to reserve the Clubhouse, please email hsta@hiddensprings.com, or you can download the request form here! Once it is filled out just stop by the Town Association Office during business hours to drop off the form and your two checks for payment. Reservations for the current calendar year are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations for the following calendar year can be taken up to one year in advance of event date, but will not be confirmed until December of the current calendar year to ensure the HSTA event calendar is finalized.
Residents may place a tentative “Hold” on the Clubhouse for five (5) business days. Upon receipt of a completed and signed Facilities Rental Agreement, the appropriate rental fee, and the security/cleaning deposit, the “Hold” will be removed and the reservation considered a contracted event.
Residents may sponsor a guest renter and assume liability for any occurence at the venue. The resident facilitates the contract and fulfills applicable rental fees/deposit on behalf of the guest renter. The guest renter reimburses the resident directly for the rental and also must obtain special event liability insurance.
Cancellation Policy
The security/cleaning deposit and rental fee, less a $25.00 cancellation charge, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 14 days or more in advance of the rental date. Notice of cancellation received less than 14 days in advance of the rental date will result in loss of the rental fee and the security/cleaning deposit. All weddings are subject to a 45-day cancellation notice. With 45 days notice, the security/cleaning deposit and rental fee, less a $25.00 cancellation charge, will be refunded.
