HIDDEN SPRINGS ROAD CLOSURES & NO PARKING AREAS Saturday 6/17/23 from 7:00am to 3:00pm

Due to a special event being held in the community, please keep the following closures and no parking areas in mind as you make your plans for next Saturday, June 17th! Plan to pick up your mail before 7:00am or after 3:00pm due to closures. Cars parked in the special event area designated no parking will be towed at owner’s expense.

  • No Thru Traffic on W. Hidden Springs Drive from Seaman’s Gulch to N. 4th Avenue. Thru traffic will need to utilize W. Dry Creek Road and enter the community at W. Farm Market Rd to N. 4th to W. Hidden Springs Drive or N. Humphrey’s Way for access to the neighborhood.
  • Mailroom/Village Green Parking Lot – No Parking 
  • W. McGee St – No Parking and Road Closed
  • W. Hidden Springs Drive (Seaman’s Gulch to N. 4th Avenue) – No Parking and Road Closed
  • Dechambeau Way (W. Hidden Springs Drive to N. Town Ridge) – No Parking and Road Closed

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED FOR CRUISIN’ HIDDEN SPRINGS COMMUNITY EVENT

The Association needs your help! BOISE FARMERS MOBILE MARKET/VEGGIE VAN Starts 6/21/23

The Boise Farmers Mobile Market/Veggie Van will visit Hidden Springs again this year!  Please note the new time, Wednesday mornings from 10-11am. The van parks on W. Hidden Springs Dr. next to the Village Green. Watch for Fresh Sheets posted weekly on NextDoor and the Hidden Springs Town Association Facebook page highlighting fresh seasonal produce from local farms available each week on the Van!

SOUTH MEADOW POOL WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FOR OTHER USES Saturday 6/24/23 from 6:00am to 2:00pm

The Hidden Springs Swim Club is hosting a swim meet and thanks the community for their support of the program and understanding for any inconvenience on Saturday. 

CHALK THE WALK IN HIDDEN SPRINGS 6/27/23 from 6-8pm

Create art on the sidewalks with family and friends! Open to all ages. Chalk provided or bring your own! Hosted by Back Gate Studio and the Association.

FOOTHILLS BAN FOR FIREWORKS

Let’s all do our part to keep our neighborhood safe!

As the 4th of July approaches, please remember ALL FIREWORKS are PROHIBITED year-round (including those identified as Safe and Sane) in unincorporated areas of Ada County.

ANNUAL 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION Tuesday 7/4/23 from 11:00am to 3:00pm

Everyone loves a parade! Decorate a vehicle, golf cart, bike, scooter, stroller or your pet! Children, teens, adults, groups and local businesses are all welcome! Cheering sections are invited to line the parade route and follow the fun from W. Hidden Springs Dr. to South Meadow Park! Immediately following the parade is a celebration at South Meadow Park until 3:00pm. There will be fun for the whole family, concert with Jukebox Boise, dancing, 3 water slides, and food trucks (Scotty’s Dogs, Off the Grid-L, Lilteek’s Snow Cones and Fly Mobile Bar)! 

NEIGHBORHOOD GOLF CART COMPETITION

Resident volunteers have planned the first-ever Golf Cart Competition as a part of the Neighborhood Parade on July 4th!  Enter to compete in 3 categories for a chance to win: Most Patriotic, Funniest Cart, and Best Sound System or sweep the competition and capture Best in Show! All carts will automatically be entered in all 3 categories. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of the festive spirit and celebrate Independence Day in style!  Register before June 30th to secure your spot in this thrilling event.

LOOKING FOR A SUMMER JOB? 

The Association has five openings for Jr. Site Crew Team Members to work a few hours each week, June through August. The Jr. Site Crew Team members will be assigned tasks in the community farm to help with weeding and maintenance of the area.  Applicants must be residents in Hidden Springs and 15+ years old.
