HIDDEN SPRINGS ROAD CLOSURES & NO PARKING AREAS Saturday 6/15/24 from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Due to a special event being held in the community, please keep the following closures and no parking areas in mind as you make your plans for Saturday, June 15th! Plan to pick up your mail before 7:00am or after 3:30pm due to closures. Cars parked in the special event area designated no parking will be towed at owner’s expense.

  • Residents with a car entered in the show, please exit and re-enter the neighborhood off Seaman’s Gulch Rd for show parking. W Hidden Springs Drive will be closed.
  • No Thru Traffic on W. Hidden Springs Drive from Seaman’s Gulch to N. 4th Avenue. Thru traffic will need to utilize W. Dry Creek Road and enter the community at W. Farm Market Rd to N. 4th to W. Hidden Springs Drive or N. Humphrey’s Way for access to the neighborhood.
  • Mailroom/Village Green Parking Lot – No Parking
  • McGee St – No Parking and Road Closed
  • Hidden Springs Drive (Seaman’s Gulch to N 4th Avenue) – No Parking and Road Closed
  • Dechambeau Way (W. Hidden Springs Drive to N. Town Ridge) – No Parking and Road Closed
  • 2nd & N. 3rd at Hidden Springs Drive – No Parking and Road Closed

  • 10:00am–2:00pm Show & Shine / W. Hidden Springs Drive & HS Orchard
  • 10:00am–3:00pm Food Trucks & Restaurants, Pit Stop Challenge, Music, Vendors, and Kids Activities
  • 3:00pm Awards / Village Green
  • After Awards Cruisin’ Hidden Springs Cruise Out / Village Green to N. Humphreys Way
  • Food Trucks & Restaurants include BBQ Guy West, Churro Bros, Country Store at the Merc, Fly Food Truck, Lilteek’s Snow Cones, Petersen’s Lemonade, ROOTED, Scotty’s Dogs, Slow River Coffee, SpringHouse and Tony’s Tamales & Tacos.

BOISE FARMERS MOBILE MARKET/VEGGIE VAN – 6/18

The Boise Farmers Mobile Market/Veggie Van visits Hidden Springs Tuesday afternoons from 4-5pm. The van parks on W. Hidden Springs Dr. next to the Village Green. Watch for Fresh Sheets posted weekly on NextDoor and the Hidden Springs Town Association Facebook page highlighting fresh seasonal produce from local farms available each week on the Van!

TOWN DESIGN REVIEW IMPROVEMENTS & REVIEW DATES – 6/18

Reminder, ALL exterior improvements (new or changes to existing) to home and landscaping must be reviewed and approved by the Town Design Review Board per the governing documents, Residential Design Guidelines, Section 5.0 and Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions 6.1 and 10.47. This is not a new process or procedure and has been a requirement since the governing documents were drafted in 1997. The Town Design Review Board meets monthly with the next meetings scheduled for 6/18 and 7/16. Review dates, checklist and submittal forms can be found on the website and/or emailed upon request.

JUNE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING – 6/20

This month’s Town Council meeting is Thursday, 6/20 at 6:30pm. Attend in person at the Community Clubhouse or online via ZOOM. To attend via ZOOM, register and login on 6/20. Sewer Company business will be first and open to both Hidden Springs and Cartwright Ranch residents. Association business will be second and, an executive session held following the meeting if needed. 

FOOTHILLS BAN FOR FIREWORKS 

Let’s all do our part to keep our neighborhood safe! As the 4th of July approaches, please remember ALL FIREWORKS are PROHIBITED year-round (including those identified as Safe and Sane) in unincorporated areas of Ada County.

ANNUAL 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION Thursday 7/4/24

Everyone loves a parade! Decorate a vehicle, golf cart, bike, scooter, stroller or your pet! Children, teens, adults, groups and local businesses are all welcome! Cheering sections are invited to line the parade route and follow the fun from W. Hidden Springs Dr. to South Meadow Park! Immediately following the parade is a celebration at South Meadow Park until 3:00pm. Watch for more details over the next couple of weeks.

4 WHEELS OF FREEDOM COMPETITION

The second annual 4 Wheels of Freedom will be part of the Parade on July 4th!  Start planning your float/decorations and watch for more details over the next couple of weeks.
