Stay tuned for more details about the event, including timing and registration, which will be sent out in an email blast and posted in the mailroom as the time draws near.

WORKING TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS
The Town Council wishes to inform all residents that the meeting schedule has been updated. The working Town Council Meetings will now occur on the fourth Tuesday of each month instead of the previous date of the second Tuesday. This change has been implemented to ensure financial reports are more accessible for discussion. We encourage community members to mark their calendars and participate in these important sessions. Your engagement helps us make informed decisions that benefit our town. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to reach out.

Several channels are utilized to keep our community well-informed about the upcoming WTC meetings. Residents can find the meeting dates on the community website calendar for easy access, which includes the Zoom link. Additionally, announcements are prominently posted in the mailroom and in the window of the HSTA office to ensure visibility. A sign is also placed near the entrance of Hidden Springs Dr, close to the Merc, to catch the attention of those entering the area. Residents should take note of these notifications and mark their calendars as a personal reminder to stay engaged in community matters.
Your participation and awareness are essential for fostering a vibrant neighborhood.

CC&R – Maintaining the value standards of our community is a shared responsibility, and we would like to remind everyone that the CC&R guidelines are currently being enforced. We will be closely monitoring fences that require repairs, painting, or replacement. This presents an excellent opportunity to collaborate with neighbors, which may lead to more cost-effective solutions by pooling resources and seeking bids from trusted companies.
Additionally, please be mindful of landscape debris, including leaves, sticks, and other items that should not clutter yards, driveways, or side yards. It is important to remember that homeowners are responsible for maintaining their yards up to the curb, and corner lots must also care for the side yards up to the curb. Let’s work together to keep our community beautiful and compliant with the CC&Rs. For any questions or further information, please reach out to the HSTA office.
Thank you for your cooperation!
