Hidden Springs is an 1,844-acre master-planned community and built around a 159-year-old working farm in the Dry Creek Valley just north of Boise and east of Eagle in Idaho.

Nestled in the Boise foothills, residents enjoy small town living, carefully preserved natural surroundings and a mix of on-site retail, recreational and educational facilities and Association sponsored events. The community manages more than 800 acres of permanently preserved open space and its own wastewater treatment facility converting influent waste-water into reusable effluent to water parks and common areas throughout the property.
