POOL UPDATE
The Clubhouse Pool is open! Visit https://www.hiddensprings.com/community/the_pools/ to download a copy of the Pool Rules and Schedule as of today.
The pool has only been open a few days and we are already having some issues. The Town Office has been contacted by a number of residents regarding unsafe rough-housing by unaccompanied minors, broken glass at the pool, use of the pool after hours, furniture in the pool and underage drinking and smoking in the park behind the Clubhouse. Please review the Pool Rules and Schedule with kids headed off to enjoy the pool unaccompanied. The pool closes at dark or 10:00pm whichever occurs first. The pools are for the pleasure of every member and/or resident and the rules are in place to ensure the fun, enjoyment and safety of all our neighbors.
South Meadow Pool Opening Day is delayed. The pool is now scheduled to open June 3. The tile around the mushroom and pool entry needed to be replaced in order to stop water leaks. The contractor was delayed due to the snow storm in early May. He started work this week and should finish this weekend. The grout needs to dry, the pool filled and the water chemically treated before it can be opened for swimmers. In addition, we will have a stone mason working on the columns at the building. He will start this weekend and try to finish before the pool opens. In the event he is not able to complete the work by June 3, the pool will open but note, workers will be onsite finishing the stone project. Please stay away from the stone and refrain from climbing on the columns.

SEWER LINE CLEANING RESCHEDULED May 31 through June 8
Cleaning was delayed due to equipment repairs. Master Rooter Plumbing will be cleaning the sanitary sewer mainlines located under the streets in Hidden Springs Phase 6 (Dry Creek Meadow), the week of May 16-22. The cleaning activity should not affect your day to day use and will mostly go unnoticed other than the cleaning truck and camera truck moving along the road at times. Master Rooter will do this work during normal business hours, during the week. Just a few things to keep in mind while the work is being done:
- The Vactor truck or Camera Truck may be parked in the road in front of your home for a short period of time. They will not be in that location for long, just long enough to clean and inspect each section of pipe.
- During the cleaning process there is a very slight chance the water in toilets and p traps (p-like bend to retain fluid to prevent sewer gases from entering buildings while allowing waste to pass through) could be pulled into the drain lines or splashed out. This will only happen in very rare occasions and only when the venting for the drain lines on the individual homes are plugged up, broken or defective. As a precaution it is a good idea to keep the toilet lids closed just in case there is a splash.
- If you notice any water in the roadway around the cleaning truck this is only fresh, clean water dripping from one of the fill valves.
